I'm having trouble figuring out how to put maps into my blog. I'll keep exploring but if you know a quick shortcut I can use, I'd be delighted... Meanwhile, I'm having great fun with all this! Thanks.
I found a way to put in maps -- a little kludgy but functional (not an embedded map, but a link to Mapquest set to the right location).
Next question... I want to figure out how to add another list to the sidebar. Maybe the list is neighborhoods (Noe Valley, Mission, Russian Hill, etc), then, if the user clicks on Noe Valley, they can see links to the streets I've blogged about in NV. Is this do-able?
And now for the next question... The last 2 times I tried adding an image to a post, Blogger tells me the upload is successful but the image doesn't appear (neither in compose, nor html, nor published version). For one image, I copied the html code for another image, pasted it in the right spot, then tweaked the code to have it point to the right file. This worked but the image came in sized incorrectly... Has Blogger decided I have too many photos? Or is there some other problem?
Hi Nick, I've had good "luck" adding more poems and pictures to my blog. I only had to do some minor re-shufflling. Now I have the look I want and will soon. Ask friends to look.
My question is: How can I add a feature that will count how many hits I get. Is there an EASY way? I really liked the class and plug it a lot. Thanks for helping me get my blog up!
